What do we expect from our Structural Engineer?

3-5 years of structural engineering work in residential construction. Practical hands-on remodeling work may assist in meeting the desired experience.

CAD experience in home building and remodeling (Mac IOS based Vectorworks preferred).

Engineering and/or architectural experience in home building or remodeling desired.

P.E. is not required; however, candidate must have passed the EIT exam.

Building code knowledge desirable.

Proficient in Excel.

Experience with Apple products very helpful.

Quick learner.

Team player.
